O alimenta\u021bie c\u00e2t mai variat\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe alimente integrale \u0219i echilibrate, sprijin\u0103 nu doar s\u0103n\u0103tatea general\u0103, ci \u0219i o pierdere \u00een greutate sustenabil\u0103 \u0219i bl\u00e2nd\u0103 cu organismul t\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-uri-\u0219i-aditivi-alimentari-care-e-diferen\u021ba\">E-uri \u0219i aditivi alimentari \u2013 care e diferen\u021ba?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi dintre noi asociem automat aditivii alimentari cu \u201eE-uri\u201d, \u00eens\u0103 nu sunt termeni complet echivalen\u021bi. \u201eAditiv alimentar\u201d este termenul generic care desemneaz\u0103 orice substan\u021b\u0103 ad\u0103ugat\u0103 \u00een mod inten\u021bionat \u00eentr-un aliment, cu scopuri tehnologice \u2013 cum ar fi conservarea, colorarea sau \u00eendulcirea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen schimb, \u201eE-urile\u201d sunt modul \u00een care Uniunea European\u0103 codific\u0103 \u0219i standardizeaz\u0103 ace\u0219ti aditivi. Orice aditiv care prime\u0219te o autorizare oficial\u0103 pentru utilizare \u00een UE prime\u0219te un cod E, urmat de un num\u0103r care indic\u0103 tipul s\u0103u (coloran\u021bi, conservan\u021bi, antioxidan\u021bi etc.).
