Participan\u021bii au fost, de asemenea, \u00eentreba\u021bi despre schimb\u0103rile observate \u00een memorie, aten\u021bie \u0219i alte abilit\u0103\u021bi cognitive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aproximativ 17.000 de persoane au completat teste cognitive telefonice, realizate de mai multe ori pe parcursul perioadei de studiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din totalul de 131.821 de participan\u021bi, 11.033 au dezvoltat demen\u021b\u0103 \u00een timpul studiului. Aceasta s-a tradus printr-un <strong>risc cu 18% mai sc\u0103zut de demen\u021b\u0103 pentru cei din categoria cu cel mai mare aport de cofein\u0103<\/strong>, comparativ cu cei din categoria cu cel mai mic aport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei care au consumat cafea cu cofein\u0103 au avut, de asemenea, o prevalen\u021b\u0103 u\u0219or mai mic\u0103 a declinului cognitiv auto-raportat &#8211; 7,8% fa\u021b\u0103 de 9,5% \u00een r\u00e2ndul celor care nu beau cafea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div id=\"block_163545f5f22475ff2e7d16e38f34054b\" class=\"align wp-block-custom-blocks-info-box-pro-tip\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"w-full rounded-[20px] bg-custom-tertiary px-5 lg:px-10 py-4 lg:py-6 mb-5\">\n\t\t<p class=\"mb-2 text-custom-secondaryLight text-2xl font-semibold\"><\/p>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"text-custom-secondaryLight text-base font-medium\">\n\t\t\t<p>Interesant este faptul c\u0103 studiul a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 un aport mai mare de cofein\u0103 nu a fost asociat cu efecte negative. Beneficiile doar s-au stabilizat, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t un consum mai ridicat a avut aproximativ acelea\u0219i efecte ca un consum moderat.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest rezultat contrasteaz\u0103 cu alte studii care au descoperit c\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/1028415X.2021.1945858\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un consum de peste \u0219ase ce\u0219ti<\/a> pe zi este asociat cu un risc mai mare de demen\u021b\u0103. Astfel, noul raportul confirm\u0103 concluziile mai multor studii recente. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0002916524006713\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O analiz\u0103<\/a> a peste 200.000 de persoane din UK Biobank a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 <strong>b\u0103utorii de cafea aveau un risc cu 34% mai mic de a dezvolta Alzheimer \u0219i cu 37% mai mic de a dezvolta Parkinson<\/strong>, comparativ cu cei care nu beau cafea &#8211; at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t aceasta era cu cofein\u0103 \u0219i ne\u00eendulcit\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1568163724003994\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Un\u00a0 studiu<\/a> a asociat consumul a trei ce\u0219ti de cafea pe zi cu o cre\u0219tere medie a speran\u021bei de via\u021b\u0103 de aproape doi ani. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-024-71426-y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O alt\u0103 cercetare<\/a> a constatat c\u0103, \u00een r\u00e2ndul persoanelor cu hipertensiune arterial\u0103, cei care beau patru-cinci ce\u0219ti de ceai pe zi aveau cel mai mic risc de a dezvolta demen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-piesa-dintr-un-puzzle-mai-mare\">O pies\u0103 dintr-un puzzle mai mare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii au ajustat rezultatele pentru numero\u0219i factori de confuzie, precum dieta, istoricul medical, fumatul, activitatea fizic\u0103 \u0219i al\u021bi indicatori ai stilului de via\u021b\u0103.
