Dup\u0103 o opera\u021bie de mic\u0219orare a stomacului, corpul trece printr-o transformare fundamental\u0103, care impune o abordare dietetic\u0103 complet diferit\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de perioada preoperatorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul meu este s\u0103 v\u0103 ofer o rut\u0103 clar\u0103 de adaptare la tradi\u021biile culinare rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti de Cr\u0103ciun, pe baza dovezilor medicale rutina deja adaptat\u0103 nevoilor lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-structura-meselor-in-perioada-sarbatorilor\">Structura meselor \u00een perioada s\u0103rb\u0103torilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este bine s\u0103 p\u0103stra\u021bi o schem\u0103 de rutin\u0103 cu 3 mese principale pe zi \u0219i gust\u0103ri mici, cu aten\u021bie la volumul alimentelor.<br>Concentra\u021bi-v\u0103 s\u0103 bifa\u021bi prima dat\u0103, \u00een fiecare farfurie, o m\u00e2n\u0103 de legume \u0219i proteinele, pentru a oferi organismului \u201ecombustibilul\u201d de baz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alimente-de-baza-recomandate\">Alimente de baz\u0103 recomandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul digestie dificil\u0103, exces de lipide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimente fibroase tari: varz\u0103, gulii, mac, nuci<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carne tare \u0219i fibroas\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a poate produce sindrom de dumping: alimentele trec direct din stomac \u00een intestinul sub\u021bire, nedigerate, cauz\u00e2nd grea\u021b\u0103, diaree, transpira\u021bii \u0219i accelerare cardiac\u0103 la 30 de minute dup\u0103 consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcoolul este de evitat chiar dac\u0103 nu ocup\u0103 mult volum gastric \u0219i nu pare foarte caloric. Vine \u00eens\u0103 la pachet cu deshidratare \u0219i risc crescut de hipoglicemie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gre\u0219eli-frecvente-intalnite-la-pacien\u021bii-bariatrici\">Gre\u0219eli frecvente \u00eent\u00e2lnite la pacien\u021bii bariatrici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-mananca-pu\u021bin-\u0219i-des\">1. M\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 pu\u021bin \u0219i des<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest comportament duce, matematic, la un aport caloric mare la finalul zilei \u0219i consolideaz\u0103 obiceiul de ron\u021b\u0103it constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomandare:<br>3 mese principale + 1\u20132 gust\u0103ri, cu pauze de minimum 2\u20133 ore \u00eentre mese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-consumul-de-lichide-in-timpul-meselor\">2. Consumul de lichide \u00een timpul meselor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lichidele dilueaz\u0103 sucurile gastrice \u0219i pot provoca dureri, grea\u021b\u0103, v\u0103rs\u0103turi \u0219i dilatarea stomacului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomandare:<br>Be\u021bi lichide cu 30 de minute \u00eenainte de mas\u0103 sau la 20\u201330 de minute dup\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-mancatul-prea-rapid\">3. M\u00e2ncatul prea rapid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Creierul nu apuc\u0103 s\u0103 semnalizeze sa\u021bietatea prin mecanismele hormonale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomandare:<br>25\u201330 de minute per mas\u0103, minimum 20 de mestec\u0103ri per \u00eembuc\u0103tur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-consumul-de-fibre-dure\">4. Consumul de <a href=\"https:\/\/kindora.com\/ro\/totul-despre-fibre\/\">fibre<\/a> dure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Varz\u0103, nuci, semin\u021be, fructe uscate, porumb, popcorn sunt greu de digerat \u0219i pot produce disconfort \u0219i balonare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-omiterea-vitaminelor-in-timpul-vacan\u021bei\">5.
