\u00eentre 18 \u0219i 70 de ani ar trebui s\u0103 consume 600 UI de vitamina D pe zi, conform Food and Nutrition Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamina D3 poate fi ob\u021binut\u0103 prin expunere la soare,
