Vreau s\u0103 fac acest lucru pentru c\u0103 v\u0103d cum lumea \u00eenc\u0103 se chinuie cu dietele \u0219i restric\u021biile clasice, de\u0219i \u00een ultimii 10 ani suntem mai plini de informa\u021bie despre nutri\u021bie \u0219i mi\u0219care dec\u00e2t am fost \u00een ultimii 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deserturile nu ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u201einterzise\u201d.
